Description: In the movie The Fighter, Mark Wahlberg plays a struggling fighter who overcomes incredible odds to win. To prepare for the film, Wahlberg and his trainer Brian Nguyen developed an intensive strategy that allowed for a rigorous shoot schedule and efficient fat blasting workouts that packed on muscle fast.
Power Plate Beat the Muffin Top Program
Level: Intermediate
Description: This high-intensity Acceleration Training workout is designed to build muscle strength, power and tone. The exercises incorporate obliques and rotations to target that problem area known as the 'muffin top', and build definition in the front and lateral abdominals. The dynamic and cardiovascular nature of these exercises will also help to improve stamina.
Power Plate Plie Program
Level: Intermediate
Description: Pirouette your way to a longer, leaner body with the help of Power Plate and English National Ballet. Developed by the exercise physiologist to English National Ballet to train their dancers, this 25 minute Acceleration Training workout uses ballet-inspired exercises - including dynamic plies, squats and balances - to strengthen the core, improve strength, flexibility and muscle tone without building bulk.

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED PROGRAMS
Power Tone Program
Level: Intermediate
Description: As a part of our Power Sculpt series, this class uses various resistance-training techniques to improve muscular strength and endurance. The class uses traditional Power Plate training protocols to develop muscle definition. This is a total body conditioning class designed to improve muscle tone and strength in all areas of the body.
Power Abs Program
Level: Intermediate
Description: It’s all about the center – As a part of our Power Core series, this class will focus on balance and coordination, developing the core to help maintain good posture and a healthy back.
Power Cardio Program
Level: Intermediate
Description: Tone your body with this blend of cardio and Power Plate strength-training exercises. This class uses a variety of equipment to get a strong and sleek body.
Power Stretch Program
Level: Intermediate
Description: As a part of our Power Flex series, this class uses various approaches to increase flexibility with techniques used by the world’s top athletes. The class will relieve muscle tension and increase relaxation throughout the body.

Description: As a part of our Power Fitness series, in this class you will be training the body to move, jump, push and pull with more intensity and endurance. Focus on strengthening the core and developing the power and skills needed to perform in the game of life or sport using practical applications of performance and functional training.
