The new pro5™ High Performance machine is the most powerful high performance vibration machine available in the world today, designed to meet the needs of the world’s most demanding athletes. With 20% more engine output than the existing pro5 model, it offers a frequency range of 25 to 50 Hz and adjustment capabilities of 1 Hz increments for real flexibility.

The High Performance model has the highest load capacity of any Power Plate® machine with a maximum load of 272kg. It also offers users three adjustable AIRdaptive™ settings to accommodate those with heavier muscle mass and to guarantee optimum performance for every user, whatever their weight. Like the Pro5 AIRDdaptive model these settings also allow for dynamic and plyometric exercising.

However, the key difference in the pro5 High Performance is the column-less plate, with a multi functional remote control. This innovative design allows for total freedom of movement on the machine, such as performing a complete golf swing or other dynamic movements, delivering greater exercise potential than ever before.
